About Us

SVENHEIM UAB is 100% owned by the Norwegian company Svenheim Møbelindustri AS and is located in Alytus, Lithuania.

The main activities of the company is the production of the office furniture and subcontracting business. In order to achieve higher flexibility and efficiency, the production was moved from Norway to Lithuania in 2002 and set up the production facilities in the premises of 25.000m². Today we have a highly qualified management team, construction department, purchasing department, production management and all the way down to each employee. An advanced production planning and order management systems allows us to produce both standard and customized products in both large and small batch sizes in an efficient and rational manner and reach a delivery ratio of 99%. In order to fullfill all the customers‘ demand, we had been certified with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Based on the investments we have made in Lithuania, SVENHEIM UAB has achieved great success with the sale of the office furniture on the Norwegian market and developed business in shop interior, subcontracting business on the Swedish, Danish and German markets.

In 2013 we continue on development of our Lithuanian company and invest over €1 million in new machinery and premises. These investments will give us additional production capacity, flexibility and allow us to have more competitive advantages on the market and follow our values, e.i.:

ISO 9001 – addresses various aspects of quality management. The standards provide guidance and tools for companies and  organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is  consistently improved.
